Nice clean facility! Wonderful staff! Kia and Rob make it easy and are very helpful.

When employees decidedto show up on January 2nd. They proceeded to issue paperwork saying i had violated their policy for paying rent. I paid rent at 5:30 by check to the office. Yet they treated me like I was cheating them.

Barker storage is an excellent place to store your stuff. Secure, clean and you actually can talk to a human when you call with a question

November 22, 2024 I rented a unit online and when I first opened the unit I realized the roof was leaking and the floor was all wet. I went into the office and asked for a new unit, they didn’t have the same size available but did have a larger unit. I paid the extra fees to get this larger unit to then find that it had a 1”-2” gap from the floor to the ceiling along the back wall. I told Kia in the office that I was not interested in renting from them and that I wanted a refund as I was not comfortable storing my property in these units. She proceeded to tell me that this facility was poorly built and she fully understood my concern. While waiting a couple weeks for my refund I received another charge for the next months rent. They eventually refunded me for 2 of the 3 charges but can’t seem to get me refunded for the 3rd charge. I have called multiple times just to be told that they need to “speak with their accountant”. I have also asked to speak to a manager multiple times to be told that they will have the manager contact me which the manager still has not done. I would not rent from this storage facility!
