Barksdale Self Storage

My first and best storage I’ve maintained they are understanding, efficient, and very welcoming. I will not go to a different storage EVER in life they treat me with the utmost respect and love working with them.

I have been with these guys for years and I have never had any problems with these units. The manager Ms Cheryll is so very understanding and nice and will definitely try to help you with anything she can. It’s always someone available anytime of day to connect with for any questions.

Love doing business here. Great staff, very secure.

5*5*8 is good for amazon take downs and Walmart untwist things. Really great service; front desk lady 8yrs working for them. She knows what’s she’s talking about.

Beware!!!!! #1Posted hours are not correct ( you ask what time they close? Response is, was wanting to leave by 2). Not just one time but 3 times set up appointments, just for no one to be there. #2 RAT INFESTATION!!!! Upon cleaning building out, I was notified that I need to sweep out rat droppings. ( Notified them, as bad as rats are here you might want to call a exterminator). #3 Very hard to get any deposit back. Strongly advise to shop for storage elsewhere.
