Barnes Moving & Storage Mystic CT

We have used BARNES MOVING, probably five or six times between my daughter and myself and my partner. I can’t even speak high enough about them. They have moved us in many different homes in Connecticut. They have moved us from Connecticut to Florida as we have a home there as well..
They only moved a few things around for my daughter at her house and at our house in Connecticut as well well, they did a fantasticJob !!! I highly recommend them and the young man that helped us today were,
Matthew and Isaiah …
Dean is the one in charge and Sharon is his secretary and they also are just incredible people!! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I wrote this review for another website a while ago but for some reason it was not posted. So I will try here!

In February, I engaged Barnes Moving to move my belongings from Groton, CT to Warwick, RI. It was a process that actually took three days. There was a lot of stuff!! I am on my own and have just now unpacked the last items. Everything, absolutely everything, was in perfect condition, including delicate items and things like mirrors and framed pictures!

All items were carefully packed and handled. They worked as well-coordinated team. But more than that, the movers were friendly, helpful, efficient and continually touching base with me. I was kept in the loop. Everything was wrapped so well and the boxes were labeled so I had some idea what was in each box. This labeling also helped them to know where all the boxes needed to be placed in the new house.

They were especially helpful and patient with me the day everything was delivered here in Warwick. It was a day I had been really dreading for a long time. They made it as painless and trouble free as they possibly could. They did everything imaginable to insure the day went smoothly. And it did.

I could not have been more pleased with what they did in those three days. Great guys! Great job! Great company!

And, most importantly, the initial estimate I was given for the move was honored even though I believe there was more involved.

Beginning with my initial meeting with Dean to the final goodbyes to the moving team the experience was totally positive. Barnes Moving is a great company that I highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Barnes! From the initial quote to confirming they will be arriving as scheduled. The five guys that showed up were professional and worked together very well! We would highly recommend them!

Had Barnes Moving and Storage move us 7/29/24. Only have great things to say. We have a lot of heavy furniture. They wrapped everything for maximum protection. The entire move took 12 hours and they were just as helpful at the end as they were all day. There were 3 men doing the move. I hope to never move again, however if the need arises, the first call will be to Barnes Moving and Storage.

Great communication from the start from coming to our current house to verify everything we are moving to even accompidating addtional items. The crew came in and wrapped everything secure making sure no scratches or dents occur, since we had a lot of furinture and heavy solid wood these guys worked hard and loaded the truck throughout the day.

Since we where closing on our old house and closing on the new house the same day they where more then accomidating storing our items an extra day. Nothing but outstanding work unloading into our brand new house couldn't ask for a better crew and movers. They go beyond expectations couldn't ask for a better moving company and personals!
