Good customer service.

We have used Barnes twice, once when moving to Carrollton 4 years ago and just last week when moving to Tallapoosa. First, we had the same folks pack and move us, which tells me that Barnes has a great employee retention. Second, every single employee was kind and pleasant and had wonderful senses of humor. Moving is hard, hard work, and everyone from Chris who gave us the quote to Rhona and Alonzo who packed to Clyde and his crew who moved us to Leslie in the office were all fantastic. I don't ever want to move again, but if I do, at least I know of a fantastic moving company. Thank you so much!
