I could not be happier with my experience with Bates Moving & Storage. I used their services several years ago and when I contacted them for a second move, they exceeded expectations. The entire team was professional, helpful and communicated every detail regarding the move of my furniture. The team took amazing care of my furniture and were a delight to have in my home. We contacted Bates to handle our move because we had heard good things about the company. We are so happy we did. They arrived to pickup our household items on time and the driver was very helpful and professional. Once loaded they stored our items for us as our new house wasn’t ready. When we closed we again contacted Bates to deliver our stuff. Again, they arrived on time with a crew of folks to unload and place our items where we wanted them. They were very patient with us as my wife changed her mind a couple of times. All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend you talk to them. Ask for Jenny, she is our favorite employee and helped us with a lot of information.

Bates accepted and stored online furniture purchases for my new out of town condo for 6 months. They kept me informed with each receipt, and rejected goods that arrived damaged. They delivered the furniture within a week of my request when the place was finally ready. I couldn't have asked for a better system.
