I was given a quote but ended up being charged over 1.5x the given quote which was extremely frustrating considering I was not able to be present when they came to move everything and had my roommate let them in. I was charged for an additional 2 hours after everything was loaded into the truck despite being told that I would only be charged an additional 1 hour when I asked for a quote which would account for the drive and unloading everything from the truck back into the storage. I was also charged for an additional 30 minutes before they arrived at my apartment because they were 'not able to find parking' apparently. This is the first time I ever write a review but I am extremely frustrated because the amount I was charged and paid was outrageous. Definitely feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was not physically present and would not recommend again.
