If I had to find a storage again I would pick Bay Storage every time! The entire experience has been smooth, from booking online to showing up to a clean and secure location with excellent customer service within the office. One thing to note the code that is provided if you do online booking is computer generated and will not work, you must go to the office or call the helpline which isn’t difficult just something to know. Good luck on your journey. I know your experience with them will be great.!

We had a wonderful experience at Bay Storage in Cape Charles. We needed to find a storage site in Cape Charles fast for our trailerable boat. Etta made it happen, graciously helping us through the entire process. She even had a new storage site created just for us. The facility is clean and well kept and prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend Bay Storage!
