Well maintained & staff that live on-site who are always pleasant.

On July 9th 2024 my mom was found deceased in her car at the park and ride next door to bay storage. There are many questions we have regarding this and nobody seemed to have any answers. We noticed bay storage had at least two cameras facing the park and ride so we contacted them thinking we might get some real answers. I contacted them twice via email, my sister contacted them twice via phone but no answer so left two messages. After no response email, and no return phone call, my aunt went down there and spoke to them personally. Both times she was promised they would do what they could and promised to give her a follow up call. They have done nothing to help us. I think it’s a shame when these people would want the same thing if they were in our position. We were even customers when they first opened their facility.
Any business who doesn’t care about the people in their community does not deserve the business from the people in their community.
