The BB&D team moved us to Chicago. They did a terrific job protecting our furniture and more importantly were able to move a grand piano of great value through a difficult entrance with no harm. This took ingenuity and strength. The crew was very pleasant to work with and helped us set up our furniture. I recommend them without reservation!

This is my second time using BB&D. Very professional and personable. Everyone that came introduced themselves to me. The leader went over everything. They made sure the walls, floors and furniture were well protected. They were on time and did things for me without me asking. Making my move smooth and effortless. I believe the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend all of their services. From the packers, movers and the ladies that came and did a professional clean out service.

Seamless moving experience. Everything is wrapped, and packed. Job was done quickly and the owner himself followed up with the experience. Would recommend to anyone and will use again.

Unprofessional and terrible service. Not friendly for international moves at all. Didn’t even tell me that once they leave the US, they will be handing my stuff over to another moving company. Basically, once they have received your payment they will stop contacting you and updating you where your stuff is and whether it’s even en-route. Avoid at all cost!! The person that I was dealing with was so rude that I had to hand him off to my colleague for her to deal with him. The company’s mentality is that nothing is their fault, it’s all the customer’s fault. I regret every penny I had to spend on this company
