I had a good experience renting a storage unit with them. Great prices and the front desk lady is very helpful. The process of renting the storage unit and canceling was easy.

Signing up was easy, and done in less than 15 minutes. If I needed a lock I could purchase on for a reasonable price right at the front desk. I love the security where the gates close automatically. The storage unit was clean. Easy to get to. One Saturday evening I had an issue getting the exit gate to open. I called the number and someone answered immediately. He saw exactly where I was on camera and gave me instructions. It was my fault not getting close enough. I was impressed on how fast they answered for it being Saturday evening. I was nervous to put my things in storage while transitioning to my new home. Beatline Road Mini Storage made the process so easy from signing up to getting into my unit. I was even able to go on the site to tell them my move out date. I will always recommend them to anyone who needs a storage unit. #shoplocal

Great experience. The facility was very clean and nice. They were able to work with me getting in and out. Let me pay a partial amount the month I moved out. The website is also very easy to use for payments.
