Excellent customer service from Justin and Melissa. They were happy to answer any question I had. They even have storage supplies for sale which is convenient!

Went in the other day very upset with Bee Safe. However, a young man named Justin really came through and took responsibility for the situation. I come from a career of customer service and I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and empathy. We need more people like him in the customer service industry.
