Bel-Red Storage

This is such a stupid and unreliable storage facility. They seem to have hired stupid people who mess up a simple job of entering details correctly on a computer. And then they call out the customer for providing incorrect information. I have the copies of the form I filled on renting the unit and the details they entered are something completely else. Would not trust them in the future because of such incompetence from their staff.

Mike worked with me while switching units and was incredibly helpful, beyond my imagination. I was in a tough position to make payment, and Mike was more than willing to help with some promos and through other alleys, no questions asked. He’s the type of man who would feed the homeless in his personal time - I can see it in his eyes and how he treated me. Thank you for your help Mike. The world needs more people like you.
