The people who work here are very rude. I made a reservation to pick up a uhaul. When I came at 1:30 pm, the time of my reservation, no one was there. I had to wait for over an hour for the gentleman to return. Then when I returned the uhaul, on a Sunday as scheduled but earlier in the day, I was accosted by a Karen who was rude and very unprofessional. I will never rent a uhaul from here again.

Secure, but easy access. Clean bathrooms.

Be careful, whoever you call and talk to is not whoever is at the desk and they have no idea what was talked about and give wrong info. Also they somehow put arbitrary return times in, rented a hand truck in the late afternoon and when I brought it back within the stated 24hrs a different person in shift said I was late returning it and it should've been back by 8..who moves and returns in 3-4hrs? After some explaining to her how their rentals are for 24hrs and no way I would've agreed to a couple hr rental she didn't try to charge but..watch out..
