Even though it is 3 reviews, these seem spot on for our experience. I would NOT recommend this company. Brian Ducey was our sales rep - Overpromised, Underdelivered to an almost unethical degree. Told us it. would be 4-10 days for our stuff to be delivered and he could 'almost guarantee it would be at the front end of the window.' Right after we sign, we notice that the contract has 4 - 14 day window on it. We questioned him and he said 'well that's what the contract said, why did you sign it?' Of course, we then get an estimate that our things will arrive on the 13th day... We call back and no one is response, remorseful, or empathetic of our plight (despite telling them from day 1 we have an infant and can't be in an empty house for long).

We felt so taken advantage of and conned throughout the process. Horrible customer service, horrible follow-up, poor communication and expectation setting, and no remorse for miscommunications. Unethical and misleading sales practices.

DO NOT do business with this company. You might need to pay a bit more for the alternative, but it is definitely worth it.

I hired this company for my move and the Driver and his teams damaged multiple items, and even after I paid extra for the insurance, they remain refusing to pay for the damaged items.
IF you have hired this group, DEMAND that RUDY not be your driver and moving manager. They purposely disguised damage so that it was not reported. The shadiest group I have ever dealt with. I would not hire this group to move my dog house.
