Used this company for a move recently, and they damaged several tables and broke a television. Accidents happen, but the worst part is they claim to have no insurance. His actual reply was “we don’t have insurance because our customers don’t want it” Unbelievable. Federal law requires moving companies to have a minimum insurance policy. He is also very dishonest about the pricing. He will quote you $100 an hour, finish the job in 3 hours and then ask for $600. The owner even refuses to send me a receipt after I asked him twice. These are not professional movers with insurance etc, just a guy with a truck who brings a friend along.

I regret it so much!
They scratched my new stainless steel refrigerator, broke one of my dining table chairs, left pieces in the old place and I didn’t get an apology. It has been the worst experience ever. Beware if you are planning to use their service as your items may end up being damaged or broken! It is NOT worth it. My recommendation is to keep away from this moving company. They are horrible!!!

Benitez Moving is top-notch, friendly services at reasonable prices. The moved me and a friend - nothing was broken or damaged. I would highly recommend them for all kinds of moving needs.
