Terrible service by the worker named Harley. I rent trucks pretty much everyday from all kinds of different U-Haul locations but this location is the only ONLY ONE that gives me problems and it’s because of Harley. Everytime I drop off, Harley will lie and make up charges and charges me a bunch of different fees, when asked and confronted about it he’s says since he doesn’t have a button for the fee he’s charging me, so he puts it under “cleaning fee” and charges me whatever he decides to charge me. A cleaning fee is no more than ($25 to $50) so being charged a $75 cleaning fee, when the truck was cleaned. it’s quite irritating when this has happened multiple times. Oh, and when told we would just come in and talk to him instead of doing it all over the phone, he threatened to call the cops and has threaten that I will no longer be able to rent a U-Haul. Bad news, I will be taking my business elsewhere where I’m not treated the way he treats customers.
