I always believed that good reviews online meant good service. But my recent moving experience has shown me that the reality can sometimes be the opposite.

I hired a well-known moving company that had tons of positive reviews on Google. At first, they seemed very professional—the company took on the responsibility of safely transporting my valuables, estimated to be worth $2 million, to their destination. But the real-world experience was horrific!

At the end of the move, I found that my valuables worth $100K had been damaged. There was no proper explanation, no acknowledgement of responsibility—just disappointment and a burden of loss.

This experience taught me an important lesson: You shouldn’t buy a service based solely on online reviews. Many companies manipulate their reviews, or the voices of many victims are silenced under the guise of a few positive experiences.

So, if you ever choose a moving company, don't just look at online reviews—try to learn from real customers' experiences, review the terms of the contract carefully, and be prepared for potential pitfalls in advance. Don't let one wrong decision lead to the loss of your valuable assets!' I regret trusting them. My experience was absolutely terrible, and I don’t understand how they have so many good reviews! I want to warn everyone—be careful before choosing their service. Make sure you’re actually getting what you pay for. Otherwise, you’ll just end up wasting your money like I did.
