Bernal moving & delivery service

Bernal Moving moved me just over a year ago and it was one of the worst moving experiences of my life. It took them 10 hrs to load and unload a little more than half of my possessions. I was downsizing to a 600 square foot apartment less than 5 miles from my mobile home and yet it took them forever. It ended up costing me over $2,000, not including the additional $50 I was charged the next morning when 2 people showed up to get the rest of the boxes they left me with. This should not have taken more than 5-6 hrs. Because the movers were so incompetent, I was able to put the 3rd mover to work packing up some of my belongings but, that was something I could have done on my own. I just needed the heavy furniture moved. This company was recommended to me by Erickson's Furniture. I can't even begin to relay how disappointed I was. It has taken me a year to get over the pain.

Karen, Reynaldo, and July came at 7:55 am in my parking lot and waited for the 8 am scheduled pack-move-unpack service for my 2br apartment to another unit in the same apartment. I am extremely impressed by how affordable and well-executed service they were able to provide. The whole service took a little over 7hr, as they informed us at midway. No hidden fees and they listed out all charges prior for me to agree to give my business. As a Korean household, my partner and I had quite high expectations and they did not disappoint. This smooth and headache-free experience actually allowed us to be able to enjoy the new place and enjoy the rest of the evening. I highly encourage any potential interested parties to contact the business and discuss in detail about household size and logistics prior (i.e. i sent them various photos of the apartment so they became aware of what to expect).
