The owner, Jerry, response and service was exceptional!

It was a Sunday evening and I needed a tow. It can be intimidating, as a women traveling, to need assistance and not having 'a person' to be able to get help.

Jerry was patient, understanding, professional and came to the rescue. He also recommended a repair shop that was able to get me in, fix my problem, and get me back on the road on Monday.

Janesville is blessed to have Bernier's Towing!
