We had an issue but the company was able to satisfactorily resolve the issue, eventually.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Note that this was a move from Switzerland to Oregon, and in our deal the team was supposed to unpack our stuff and get rid of the packaging. It seems this is not a thing in the US and we did not get that service, although we paid for it initially and did not get reimbursed. I did ask for it when they were on site but they did not do it.

Always enjoy going here for my company. They go above and beyond to make sure your load is shipped properly.

Excellent. Made it easy to ship household goods and a car. Not a 3rd party. You get what you paid for.
