I found this facility to be clean and organized. The manager Nicole was professional and answered the questions I had. I feel secure storing my belongings here and I would recommend to anyone

Management is always changing. And seem to be kinda rude at unnecessary times. Needs to be more customer friendly. Not just at the beginning.

I stopped by during business hours and no one was there. I called the number that was posted and the lady at the call center didn't know where the employee was either. All she could tell me was that someone was 'supposed' to be there. And no, I didn't stop by during their lunch hour that is posted. This is my first time needing storage, I hope this isn't standard practice at other places.

I went in there with a friend and found a female sick as a dog, I asked her if she'd been tested, her response was whatever happens happens.
