No one answers the phone and the gate isn’t working with the code I was given. So I guess I’m paying for two units at a facility that went from 24 to 12 to 0 hours access. Lovely.

Nobody answers phone and nobody is ever there. Must have changed code. We pay every month but can’t get in with code we were given through the gate and nobody will answer. We can’t even access our unit we pay every month for. So thanks.

I couldn't gain entrance in the gate to get in my unit by using my code that was issued to me by one of the employees, on 7/4/2022 @1:00pm . It stated on their website storage access Sunday from 6:30am - 9 pm . And there is no one to contact.
