Bethlehem Self Storage

I have been using Bethlehem self storage for a few years while my life moved around. I have visited the facility many times and have had excellent experiences every time. The employees are helpful and virtuous. The facility is always neat and clean from the hallways to the bathroom. Also very reasonably priced, especially for the location. I would definitely rent a storage unit again

Just closed out my locker after half a decade, and I can't speak highly enough about this place. For a clean, climate controlled, indoor storage unit, you can't get much better than this place. I've had zero issues with their service, always friendly and helpful, and the price was quite reasonable and within my budget for my needs. Would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! Short haired woman with glasses at front desk has zero customer service skills. She was rude as soon as we got there to ask which ramp would be best to use. Moved furniture out of this storage facility after finding rat feces and urine on every item I own. When we confronted the woman at the front desk about the situation, she was very rude and condescending until we took her to the storage unit and showed her all the feces and urine stains. Terrible customer service and an issue with pest control. Would give zero stars if possible.
