Bethlehem Self Storage

so i was there for the first time yesterday (8/3) helping my daughter. i backed onto the ramp (again first time there) and a uhaul was already there unloading. There was enough room for me to back on the lower ramp just to unload a few things that took 3 minutes to unload. The so called secretary (woman with short hair and glasses behind the desk early afternoon) comes STORMING out and starts to YELL VERY LOUDLY AND VERY NASTY at me and my daughter for parking there. OMG! She was like a raging bull. Again, i was never there before so maybe just come out and ask me to move its against policy for me to be there? Whoever owns this business you need to check on the nasty lady who was there on 8/3/23 behind the desk and teach her how to actually help people? I DO NOT advise anyone to use this place and pulling out stuff out of there ASAP! ....What a B she was!!!!

This is a great storage facility. The customer service is great. It’s very clean. Ad I love that it had good air control ??

Accessible during operational hours only. However, their building is clean and secure.
