Better Choice Storage is quite literally the biggest JOKE for a storage unit I almost had the misfortune of doing business with!!

For one: there is no on-site person to oversee the property for security purposes, deal with potential customers, homeless, vandals or to see what is, and is not going on with the grounds and units.

I called the number posted on their tattered banner of 'advertisement' only to be connected with someone who gave me the numbers of 6 different 'unoccupied' units. He said 'he would let someone know I was on the grounds, and that someone would get back to me.' No one ever called me back or showed up so, because the lot was completely unsupervised and because I am in need of a unit ASAP, I took it upon myself to open each unit number the man on the phone gave me.

5 of the 6 sheds hadn't any lock on them, so I opened the unit door (s) expecting to see a empty unit (s)!

What my eyes saw instead was the rotting remains of previous renters (or squatters. No joke)!! Wall to wall rott, black mold, wasps nest and ceilings falling apart!!! Not to mention dead mice, trash, tires, baby things...the list goes on.

The decaying rubbish left behind has literally been rotting for a good 5 or 10 years! It is so bad, I kid you not, all 5 units I opened, I half expected to see human remains. I wish was exaggerating!

All the online posted reviews about how wonderful this place is, how amazing the new owners are; are all FAKES and LIES!! These people were either paid, blind, screwing someone on the high roll, or are family members! Go see for yourself; the (D) units!

Run and run FAST, people. I ended up going somewhere else... clearly!!
