When I called and explained I needed a small storage and that I was handicapped and needed a drive up unit the person in office was very helpful and got me just what I needed.

The annual rent increases are well above the rate of inflation. This year's was 10.4%. Before you move your possessions here, I recommend asking around to see if other facilities in the area have more modest historical rent increases.
