This seller is a gem! My order shipped on 4/26 to an address 30 miles away on 5/10. USPS made the error, not the seller. It had the correct address. Seller promptly sent refund. Then on 5/13, the item showed up at my door. Apparrently the original recipient returned to local PO and it was routed to me. After notifying Big Bear Liquidations, they did not require the refund or the item to be returned. Now that's the kind of customer service that is so rare these days. I higly recommend Big Bear Liquidations.
