I recently bought a wooden stairs/ramp combo for my senior dog. I thought he would be better off with stairs as opposed to the ramp he currently uses, but it didn't work out for him. I contacted the seller to begin a refund. Big Bear generously told me to just keep the unit and refunded me immediately. I intend to donate the stairs to a local senior dog rescue to pass along to an adoptee in need for some help.
