I will never, ever book with these people again after having to fight to settle a payment. We booked Big Boy movers and were quoted a certain amount - the final bill was double. Not only did they not entirely disclose how the payment hourly system works, they used us asking them to help us drive a moving truck as an excuse to charge us through our third party company. ('They aren't supposed to' but had no problem telling us on the phone that it would be no issue). The movers were slower then molasses up hill. They purposely took their sweet time unloading - taking two hours longer to unload then to load. Chatting for 10 minutes between unloading boxes, walking as slow as literally possible. It felt entirely like they racked the bill up. We're settled with payment but all I can say is I'm disappointed. Don't believe what you're quoted from these people. They'll charge twice as much.

Big boy movers is an excellent source for help in moving whole house or small apartments. I have used them several times now and each experience was satisfactory- I did have one concern and it will be addressed with management!
