These guys are the best. I have used them a couple of times. Amazing experience. We had a problem with one item and the responsiveness continued to leave me speechless. I would highly recommend them and cannot say enough about their level of professionalism.

The guys were on time and very quickly got my items into the truck taking care not to damage anything. The guys were very patient in getting everything placed in the house but again very efficient in getting the truck unloaded. Thanks to all of them.

We were, and continue to be extremely busy during our moving phase this summer/fall 2019! Finally getting around to this review. Overall, we were satisfied with Big Boys service there in Idaho Falls... they did all the heavy lifting for us (and some of the pieces were heavy/bulky... wouldn't killed me). The boys were very punctual and responded professionally to any request i had during the loading of the U-Haul van i rented. They finished the job well within the planned time window -- thanks Boys, -- i highly recommend Big Boy if you have tons of household stuff to move.
