They arrived two hours late and basically threw the stuff into my garage with no plan upon arrival so I was a bit disappointed after reading the reviews. The owner didn’t seem to care.

These two hard working, strong, professional, conscientious, courteous and very well mannered movers were diligent, fast, careful and thorough. They made us feel relaxed because they informed us of everything they were doing as they were lifting, moving, and sliding our valued belongings. Because of them this move was very akin to having our Brothers move us. A SHOUT OUT TO MR. CORY AND MR. JAE AND BIG BURNS MOVING - AND JUST INCASE YOU WERE WONDERING. I have to say as per my review prior from below I loved thier service prior. We used them a total of 3x. However, this last time I cannot say I'd use them again or recommend. In fact to everyone I had recommend them to. I advise to find someone else. This company tore my sofa and damaged other items as well. The broke my grandfather's custom bug guard off his semi he drove when alive. First they didn't leave it when we moved. I then advised it wasn't left and it took days of fighting to get it. This item isn't replace able. The owner or whomever answers their main number wouldn't answer my calls or doing anything but read my text 95% of the time and made me deal with one of the movers. This company was so unprofessional. Do not use, they may have good pricing but it's not worth it in the end.

But I just wanna say Jay and his team mate that moved us 10/13/23 was quick and efficient. I would suggest you to anyone I know. Your rates and service is amazing!
