Great customer service was a huge help (Lamont ) . Facility is always clean . Highly recommend..

Big E storage is not to be trusted security is not up-to-date on-site management does not have access to overnight footage takes weeks to get. Insurance insurance will not cover if lock is picked will give you a run around and then you're out of your stuff that is stolen. I'm out of 10,000 in tools an equipment and the storage company and the insurance tells me too bad we're not covering it when half a dozen other units for a broken in the same way locks removed and put back on.

I love this storage facility. It is clean and I liked Ashley BUT it is really overly priced compared to other facilities. I called several recently so I will prob end up moving because of that so just something to think about if you are concerned about monthly fee. Also, the price goes up about $20+ a year.
