Extremely displeased with BHM. After running over a light post, BHM failed to respond to numerous, emails, phone calls and even text messages. They failed to take responsibility and provide payment to the electrician for the damage they caused. This resulted in a summons to my residence & BHM by the electrician, to which BHM failed to show up. Fortunately for us, due to their absence, the lawsuit is now between BHM & the electrician!

I had an awful experience with Big Hill Movers. The owner didn't show up for the first meeting that we had scheduled and took several days to follow up. To make matters worse, when they finally did show up, they overcharged me way beyond the original estimate, and when I asked for an explanation, they couldn't provide any proper documentation or breakdown of the charges. It was like they were just making up numbers on the spot. There was no transparency about the work they did or how long it actually took. This company is unprofessional, disorganized, and lacks basic customer service. I would never use them again and strongly advise others to stay away.

I would not hesitate to use them again! I am not one to ever leave a review but, that is how happy I am with the service from start to finish. Thank you again!

The movers that arrived the day of the move were awesome. They worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. They went above and beyond making sure that they didn’t damage any items or the house. They even offered me sliders for a furniture item because I didn’t have the right size. They checked in with me several times to make sure I was okay with the placement of furniture and were happy to move things around as needed. I have really heavy furniture and stairs, and these guys handled it like pros!

I highly recommend Big Hill Movers. They were knowledgeable, reliable, offer fair prices, and deliver outstanding customer services. I hope I don’t have to move for awhile, but if I do I will use again.

Big Hill Movers delivers truly praiseworthy and exceptional service. We recently had a baby grand piano moved from CT to MA by another company, but after a limited attempt, they decided they couldn’t get it into the room where it was supposed to go. We then called Big Hill movers. Anthony came and assessed the situation, scheduled a date, arrived on time, and in short order moved and set up the piano in its proper location, taking great care to protect the piano and the surrounding walls in the process. The entire project from the initial call to sending us photos of the completed move was seamless. Anthony provided ongoing, positive communication throughout, turning a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. In the future we will use them for all our moving needs. Highest recommendation without reservation.
