Randy, Shane, and Austin were absolutely fantastic. They arrived 5 minutes early and completed the entire move in less than 5 hours (I predicted at least 8). They moved many heavy items including my hot tub and two sets of washers/dryers. You never know what you’re going to get with a moving company but I felt totally comfortable with these guys in my home. I highly recommend this company and this crew in particular.

I needed movers to assist with getting my furniture out of my 3-floor walk up apartment. It’s quite a hassle, so I wanted to be sure and get professionals to help with it. I chose Big John Movers after reading reviews and looking over their services, and I was NOT disappointed one bit. Ryan and Shane were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my belongings. They explained every step of what they planned to do as well as making sure I was in the loop for any tear down needed. They worked quick and without fuss. I was impressed by their focus on not just getting the job done, but making sure it was done well. I found the rates to be very reasonable for the effort and the job. The fact that these two men were willing to help my move during a pandemic and were thorough in explaining the steps they were taking to keep everyone safe. I am very thankful for their help in getting me moved into my new place!

Moving is always a pain.. But Larry’s crew with Donny and Jeff did a wonderful job and made this process a lot easier. If I had been more organized, they would have done even more than what I had asked. They were prompt, positive, respectful, and quick. This was our second move using Big John Movers and we will definitely use them again.
