Big Lou’s moving crew was exceptional! Not only did they work their butts off ALL DAY LONG, they were awesome people! Drew and his crew were awesome and busted a$$ the whole day and didn’t complain one bit! We had heavy items and they did it again and again with a positive attitude! Was absolutely AMAZING! Andrew and his entire crew were super friendly, prompt, thoughtful and caring! I would hire them for any moving needs. They moved an entire commercial space of 7 offices plus storage from Chicago to Gurnee in 1 day! Came on time and prepared with everything! Wrapped and protected everything themselves! Thank you so much for all of your help!!

I used Big Lou’s Move Crew for my residential move and they were wonderful! They took the stress out of my move and made it quick and painless. Laughing and enjoying their work while maintaining a professional atmosphere. My 3 year old was very curious about what they were doing and they were so kind to him too!
