Big Movers

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Big Movers to unload my truck (moving from OH to PA). These crews WORK. They don’t stop to take a break or text… they worked crazy hard the entire time at a fast clip until the job was complete. Then they asked if everything was satisfactory, willing to move things around if needed. Punctual, prohfessional, super-hardworking, friendly… and they treated my items with care. The office coordinator Teare is outstanding too. Thank you, Big Movers!

Movers were great. Office staff has a 19-signature contract that includes an arrival window. The hourly charges start when THEY arrive, not when you would like to. That said, my movers arrived AFTER said window and 40 minutes after my requested start time. Again, no problem with the movers themselves. 4 stars instead of 5 for creating a strict process and then not really following it.

Responsive and reliable with great communication. Quick and kind movers helped us make our new house a home. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for everything!
