Big Red Barn Self Storage | Jarrell

We needed just a parking space and I messed up some while trying to do an online registration which in turn caused me to not get the space when I did it. Dawn was a great help and she got it all fixed and we are now the happy renters for our trailer!

Very clean and safe and reasonably priced storage we used for the last 3+ years.

They've taken good care of my stuff for the past 14 years.

I needed a storage unit because I lost a lot of square footage in my most recent move. The Big red barn storage located in Jarrell is a neat, orderly, and clean facility in a central location. I was very grateful to get a hold of Dawn when I had several questions. She was patient, kind, and went the extra mile to drive me over to the empty unit instead of having me walk over there. It was absolutely fantastic service. She was very thorough and explained the pro-rating and costs for my end of month rental. Five stars!!
