I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. Period. Our boxes were lost, then redelivered to the wrong dorm floor/room (with the address clearly printed on all boxes) and then found with a group effort that did not include the company. They did refund their fees but the headache was absolutely not worth it. They hire students, nobody is responsible for anything and apparently they can't even read the address labels. According to some reviews, this service is great, but I'm wondering if the reviews are favors from their friends. There is no way a service is absolutely awful for some and just great for others.

by far the best storage/shipping service I've ever used... customer service is excellent and management has been amazing with responding to my queries. highly recommend for Cornell freshmen especially, makes the move-in process so convenient.

Made storing stuff over the summer and putting it all into my apartment this semester so easy!! Would highly recommend BRSS and their services
