It's been frustrating! I've sent multiple emails with no response. Even getting someone on the phone has been a challenge, and when I finally did, they claimed my boxes were shipped—but cannot provide tracking number? That seems really suspicious. They asked me to email them, yet still no reply. It's now been three weeks, and I'm still waiting for my boxes. It start getting cold and my clothes are in the box! I will keep updated until they arrive!

I have yet to receive my boxes. I stored them this summer when I moved out of Ithaca. I was told they would be delivered in early August when I paid the fee. Unfortunately, that has not happened. I have contacted the company multiple times–seven emails with no response, and 16 phone calls, of which only three were luckily answered before they quickly hung up. They insist the boxes were delivered two weeks ago, but they are not apparently, and there is no tracking number provided. Very frastruted.
It is ironic that they claim to be Cornell's preferred vendor. I am disappointed that such a spam company is associated with Cornell and even highlighted on the university's scl.cornell.edu website. I thought Cornell is the best and people there would all go for excellence :)
Do not use this service. My daughter stored her college items over the summer with them. They charged us, and she has been back at school now for 4 days without her belongings. They don’t call back. Don’t respond to email. But they did take my money back in May. We are looking at all our options. Extremely disappointed. Do Not Book them. I will be bringing this up to Cornell’s admin’s also as they recommended this service. Terrible. Again, they don’t even answer the phone!
