We have moved over 11 times over the years and our experience with Malcolm, Xavier and Rod was the best ever. From the moment they arrived on time, they assessed the items to be loaded, asked for any special packing needed and then proceeded like a machine to quickly load. Devin, Yemi and Daniel showed up on time and moved all of our furniture and belonging from our current house to our new house. They were professional in their approach and were polite and respectful. They were diligent about wrapping and preparing each item to minimize possibility of damage. They moved heavy items upstairs and downstairs without damaging the items or either home. I would recommend Big T moving to anyone looking for a professional and responsive moving experience

A new 55" television (purchase for $1,600) and an $800 framed photo were destroyed during the move and I was offered $180 for both. The supervisor who showed up on move-day stated the insurance was .60 cents per pound for the entire shipment. In fact, as stated on the contract, it was .60 cents per pound, per item. Contractually they are not obligated to pay more than .60 per pound per item. Ethically, i was hoping they would do the right thing. Their final offer was $180 for the TV and Picture ($300 total offer, which included $120 for cleaning a soiled sofa). They should better train their on-site supervisor to explain to people with nice things that it is ".60 cents per pound, PER ITEM," which means high valued, low weight items, if damaged, will not be appropriately reimbursed. Also, on moving day, 5 movers were supposed to show up, only 3 showed up until time of unloading. Overall, not a good experience. If you are looking for just another moving company, this is as good as any. If you are looking for a moving company this does what is right and ethical, keep searching...

Malcolm, Rupert and Darius were great! They wrapped and protected my stuff but also got things done quickly. Super nice. They also got a big bulky couch through a tight door where I wanted it! Thanks for the help!
