Big T Moving & Delivery

Malcolm & Drew were right on time, were professional and courteous, and packed the furniture and items we had quickly and without incident. I was especially impressed by how well they manoeuvered our oversized (and super heavy) couch out of the apartment and into our new house. They were awesome to work with and I would definitely request them again if I ever need additional items moved or hauled. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The worst moving experience in 25 years. They were 2 hours late (I had to call and check what was going on and where they were) from being short staffed, damaged several of my large items and a radio was stolen from my new house master bath that wasn't even part of the move. They also didnt want to carry a large dresser upstairs. It ended up getting moved up after I was adamant that my own company workers would get it done. I called Cache and all I was offered was $69 and still have not received it. Filing a damage claim to see how long it takes or if I even see any response. So far nothing.

Big T did the job right from start to finish. The office staff and an excellent Web site made planning and prep run smoothly. On moving day, Devin, Chris, and Matthew worked 12 hours with unflagging energy, skill, and professionalism. I have never seen a tighter-packed truck. These guys were amazing. They handled our belongings as if they were their own, from wrapping and loading to unloading and placing. Antique, heavy, or awkward, they managed it all cheerfully and intelligently. I especially appreciate their efforts to protect our new floors and paint job at the delivery end. Moving is a chore, but Big T took the load off for us. Five stars!
