I went with this company because of the great reviews. I felt the need to update people on my experience. When I first talked to Mick and told him my budget he seemed to agree quickly that it would work. When the day of the job came he didn't give me what we agreed upon though. 1st, I was supposed to have 3 movers and I only got 2 so it took longer than what we agreed upon. 2nd I was told my washer and dryer would be hooked up and turned on and it would be no problem. The mover that hooked it up did not make sure they worked and I've had problems with my dryer. 3rd I tried to make the job easy on the movers. I had them stack most of the boxes in the garage instead of having to put things in different places in the house. The timing it took for them to unload everything was longer than it should have. I am very disappointed with my experience.

You just showed other customers how you will treat them. Your response was very childish and you added lies to it. I didn't post this to argue.

Jared, Gus, and Adam were wonderful. I have a special needs teenager. They accommodated what I said about my son and how he may react to strangers in our house and how he was stressed from the move. They were on time and followed directions. I cannot say how much I appreciated these guys and how they made my move successful. Thank you Big Foot Services. Will definitely use them for more services.

Nick and Jared provided us with excellent and timely service. Broke every thing down at one place and built it right back up at the other. Couldn’t be more satisfied with their services. Also the price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

OMG where do I begin? BIG FOOT is totally amazing!!!! From the moment I saw their truck parked outside of Winn Dixie in Niceville, through to our THIRD and final closing/move, Mic and his team, Eddie, Brandon and Gus were simply outstanding. Stellar. Completely amazing. Flexible. It was an unforgettably amazing experience. Sooooo helpful. We didn’t make our first scheduled closing. I’m a Realtor and now have a greater understanding of the underwriting process. After our first delay, Mic was actually booked up for our second closing attempt. Being the ULTRA professional that he is, he actually referred us to another firm!!! That was most impressive. He put my needs first. When our 2nd closing attempt was delayed, underwriting demands (OMG. LOL???) we had to push out another week. Thankfully Mic was available for our third and final closing and we booked him right away!!!! SOOOOOOOO GLAD WE DID!!!!!!! His team, Eddie, Brandon and Gus went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help my 73 year old hubby and I move!!! They helped us with everything we needed inside our new home and had so many great ideas and suggestions to best manage our time on their clock!!!! They are truly professionals and I am deeply grateful for God’s timing allowing me to see that Big Foot truck and connect with Mic and his team!!!! Believe it or not I could go on!!!? will stop though. THANK YOU BIG FOOT MOVERS!!!!!! All the best of success to you!!!!
