Excellent service. The team of Jeremy N, Dustin and John were top notch and very accommodating. You can tell customer service is important to them and the ease of the move earns a 5 star rating. We will definitely use again. Fantastic company to work with from start to finish and would totally recommend. Call Mick and he will take good care of you.

Make sure that you get in writing, the estimate and the directions needed for the move.

I was quoted an estimate that doubled due to a miscommunication that resulted in them taking longer than necessary to pack my items.

Be aware that they will use multiple $20.00 wardrobe boxes and fill them with items that are not clothing.

Be aware that when you express your concern with the owner, you will be told that if you wanted it done cheaper, you should have done it yourself despite the many additional costs and time due to them not listening to what was asked of them to do in the first place.

I would have given them a 0 star if I could. The manager handled the situation poorly, not calling to talk about the situation, would only text. They put the additional cost and stress of them not doing what was asked to do on me.

They didn't listen to the assignment. ?

During our walkthrough we discussed prioritizing the back 2 bedrooms. We opened the closets and told them to do that.

The items were to go into the garage and the overflow into storage.

They packed up the entire garage and left everything in the closets

My Tennant asked them not to use $20.00 wardrobe boxes, yet they used multiple of these boxes and put items in that were not clothing.
Terrible job

Of course it took longer with more items than you thought, because in our initial walkthrough we DID NOT discuss packing up MY ENTIRE GARAGE. Lol

Dustin, Jeremy and Gus were simply outstanding moving us. Their attention to detail and professionalism ensured a smooth move with zero scratches or items broken for us. I highly recommend this stellar company and crew!

Just want to give a shoutout to Bigfoot Moving Services in Crestview!

We just did a full military move on our own (full DITY for my fellow mil folks), and we hired Bigfoot Moving to load, drive, and unload. We moved from Crestview allllll the way to New Mexico— 1,300 miles each way! From the owner, Mick, to the crew… the experience was a 10/10. I still have a bit to unpack but I have yet to find a scratch or broken item while unpacking.

They were personable, kind, caring, and they made sure we were 100% satisfied with the placement of everything before leaving.

This was our first time ever doing a military move by ourselves and the experience couldn’t have been better. We didn’t even have to go 1 day in our new home without our stuff because they arrived the same day we did. Last time we had the military move us and we were without our stuff for a month! Never again!

Highly, highly recommend for anyone moving from the local area!
