We hired Josh from Big J Express to move a piano down some steps into our garage. It ended up being a bigger job than we thought but they got it done safely and were very professional. Rather than charging us more Josh offered to honor the original price he quoted us which we were very impressed with. You don't run into many people willing to honor their word like that anymore.
