I would not use this company again. If you do hire this company, do not pay them until you've carefully checked for damages to your home. They only insure/bond the items in transit. This crew gouged drywall, scuffed walls, tore linoleum, etc. Their excuse was that it was a 'tough move and the guys were tired.' I told them I completely understood being tired, but they need to take breaks even if it takes longer to do the job. I provided bottle water and the guys took a one hour lunch break even though they told me they'd be gone 30 min. Bill's Moving & Storage should stand behind accidents such as damaging the drywall and ripping the linoleum. I hired a professional company and expected professional quality work.

As the owner's son, Jeff Rogers, left my home, he laughed and told his wife Mollie, 'Yeah, these people aren't going to see a dime.' The next week I went to the storefront and spoke to the owner, Netter. She offered me $100. I've contact a professional drywall company to give me a bid on the repair, a local painter to color match the paint and labor required to repaint a grand entry and basement stairwell and a flooring company for new linoleum and installation. All of this will likely total more than the cost of the whole move. This ordeal has really tainted what should be an exciting milestone for our family moving into a beautiful new home.

I will agree with other reviews that Josh, the crew lead was very nice. Levi was quick and very strong. Miles seemed new, but was courteous and loved our dog. I just wish they had been more careful. Before they left, Josh told me he thought Jeff would make things right and apologized to me for the damages.

P.S. If you need a gun safe moved - Bill's Moving & Storage will charge $250. Tip: rent a 'vending machine dolly' from Reger Rental for $15 and do it yourself. It took me and my husband about 5 min to load to our own trailer and 5 min to unload. It was surprisingly simple with the right equipment.

Very good movers. They actualy care about the care of your furniture. I will use this company again for my future moves.

My Mom and I have used Bill's Moving 3 times. They are terrific. Very helpful, and they work hard. Josh, the crew foreman, is the best!
