This is an excellent company. When dealing with folks moving your precious (or worthless) items from point A to point B... it's important that communication and trust is at the forefront. These people are great at both. Would 100% use again!

Since 2000, I have moved between states 3 times and between cities 10 times. I have never used a TV or other type of box to move my TVs. In all of those moves the TVs survived without incident. This time, I hired Billy Goat to move me from one address to another in FC, about 5 miles away total. During the estimate process, I asked about it and was told I did not need to provide one because the movers would wrap it in blankets and secure it from bouncing around in the truck. Well, after all those uneventful moves with all those TVs arriving intact, my $3,000, 2 year old 65 inch top of the line Sony Bravia TV was broken by the movers. Not before the move and not after it. DURING. Sony said it would cost $1,000-1,500 to repair - if it could even be repaired at all. Billy Goat owners came by to look at it and said, per their policy, that they don't guarantee TVs not packed in boxes. Huh? Then why tell me I didn't need a box? They hauled it away for free, so that was nice. Also, a new mover on the team (who may already be gone by the sound of it) dinged up my walls in 4 spots, to the point of chipping through the texture with a heavy dolly. Since it was 2 days before I had to be out of the house, I had already spot painted so that stuff was all packed up. They did offer to send someone over to fix them but there was no time. Now my deposit refund is impacted. I can only hope the stuff they moved to storage survived without too much damage, I won't know until I move out of the unit. To top it all off, I tipped the movers $180 in cash. Lesson learned, Billy Goat, lesson learned. I will go back to hiring The Little Guys, who did an excellent job several years ago. Had I known what I was risking - losing such expensive property - by saving a couple hundred dollars, I would have just gone with The Little Guys and paid more. It would have been worth it.

Very professional company. Kyle kept in contact before the scheduled date to make sure everything was still set. Showed up on time and and performed the move very carefully and efficiently. l have dealt with movers on several occasions, and this company by far is the best l've seen!
