Anything stored in the units in by the woodline will mold

Very sketchy storage area...no perimeter fence. Only few buildings have power n cameras. Place is ready n open for theft. Also many people hang out there at night late drinking smoking etc...not a safe place no wonder they force u to buy theft ins

Are you blind or just stupid. A half a mile before the bridge it says that it's a 12 ft clearance. Before you get to the bridge it shows you with a light saying truck too tall. I would never trust these people to move by furniture if they can't pay enough attention to read road signs especially being from Michigan that bridge is known in the trucking community. Unfortunately you got introduced to Big penny

They cancelled on us last minute the day of moving! Ridiculous! Had to reschedule to a different day. They then showed up late! Very unprofessional! They didn’t bring any moving boxes even though I specifically asked for them. When I called to complain I was told “ I don’t remember that conversation .” The keys didn’t work for the storage unit. More phone calls. We were told the locks stick. They sent maintenance out a different day and the key was the wrong one. They had to cut the lock. Please do not use this business. Nothing but a hassle from day 1!

They moved my household from Bridgman to Akron Ohio. Very kind, caring, professional young men. I couldn’t be happier with the move. Thank you David & your crew!
