Bisson Moving & Storage

Avoid. I used Bisson to move furniture from Maine to DC. They seemed friendly and professional. However, they damaged a very expensive dining table and forgot to load an item. They ignored my complaints and then took no responsibility and pawned me off on their partner/parent Atlas, which has offered virtually nothing. Look elsewhere for a mover.

We had two previous moving disasters, so we were not expecting much this time. Bisson proved us wrong exceeding all expectations. Every aspect of the moved went smoothly. The estimator was thorough and accurate. It was a complicated move with one day of packing, two days of loading and one day of unloading. The movers arrived on time each day and were consistently careful and courteous. Overall it was a very positive experience and we would recommend Bisson with no reservations. I would highly recommend Bisson Movers. I had to move urgently out of my home and put my belongings into storage. Samantha was very efficient in responding and providing documents and updates on the process. The movers, Jesse, Dylan and Eugene were professional, quick and kind. What was a very stressful situation for me was made less so by the efficient care to detail from everyone involved.
