Had a sofa delivered from 1STOPBEDROOM. The guys were very nice. They handled my sofa carefully and without incident.

Horrible experience. I had a ladder dropped off that was completely unusable. They also dropped it off and stood it up in front of my car with the legs in the air because they knew the legs were damaged. Luckily, this did not fall over in my vehicle. When I called them back, I could never contact a representative regarding the issue.

I wish I could give a 10 star review! I needed to have a family heirloom China hutch moved from Maine to my home in Oregon. I first asked Bisson to have it crated and brought to a nearby storage facility, thinking we would fly to Maine and drive it to our home ourselves. They took photos, dimensions and kept me informed as to where we were in the process. After looking into the logistics, costs etc we asked Preston for an estimate to have it moved. Preston gave us the estimate quickly and communicated very well. We made the decision to have them move this priceless family treasure, trusting that it would arrive in one piece. Well, Preston called the day after we said yes for the move to say it could be sent the VERY NEXT day! The driver of the moving truck,Flint, let us know where he was and we received our item absolutely intact and with courtesy, respect and communication. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all/any move you have. Thank you Preston and Flint (the driver). You're service was exemplary!!

My mother ordered furniture online and it was shipped through this company. Delivery was not attempted and it was impossible to reach anyone.
