Miguel, Markiez, Chris and of course ZQ were exceptional and very personable. They were respectful of the delicate sentimental furniture and incredibly knowledgeable on how to keep it safe in the move. I will recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time we have used BK Movers in ten years. They are professionals who know the moving business. Jimmie came out and went over everything then gave us a great price. On the day of the furniture pickup, the gentlemen came on time and got everything on the truck, no damage to anything. The next day they again came on time to unpack the truck, and worked through the rain, got everything out and put everything back together for us. Our items were well packed and they took great care of our fragile items. 20/10 would recommend!

We used BK 3 times within 2.5 years. The first 2 moves were flawless! Our most recent experience on 4/29/24 was horrible! It was horrible because we bought new furniture for a new house & told them we would pay extra because we wanted extra care taken. The move was less than 1 mile, & we moved all of the fragile items ourselves. In this 1 mile trip our 2, brand new , off white sofas were heavily soiled. We had the arms of 2 new chairs banged up & in need of repair as well as a leather chair that arrived scuffed up. Rudy & young Jimmy didn't seem to think this was much of an issue. We also paid extra for insurance but were told stains on furniture weren't insured. After 2 arguments, the furniture was cleaned, but some of the stains remain. They've been very rude & almost impossible to deal with. Apparently the original owner has handed the torch to the next generation in his family. If they continue to run the business this way, it will be out of business quickly. One final note.... they're expensive , we tipped well, bought the movers lunch, supplied movers with water & snacks. One of the movers thought it was ok to steal the remaining 30 or so bags of snacks. Told the owner we said to help themselves. This company is not like it used to be!!! I would give them zero stars if possible!'
